The Benefits of Commercial Roof Cleaning in Town and Country, MO

Commercial roof cleaning provides many benefits to Town and Country, MO, businesses. It's an important part of your complete building washing package and not something you'll want to neglect. Here are some of the reasons to regularly clean your roof:

Protect Your Structure From Damage
One of the biggest reasons to schedule regular commercial roof cleaning in Town and Country, MO, is to avoid damage to your roof. Professional washing lets you identify problems (such as a small pocket of mold) prior to them getting out of hand (perhaps the mold grows and spreads, causing health issues). Buildup on the roof can cause extra wear, create stagnant water pools, and become a fire risk if left unchecked.

Care for Employee and Client Health
Even if your employees and/or clients aren't regularly visiting your rooftop, it can still pose a hazard to their health. Messy roofs attract disease-carrying pests and encourage the growth of mold and other fungi. This is bad enough on its own, but when combined with rooftop HVAC units, the health risks are exacerbated.

Increase Your HVAC's Energy Efficiency
If you have HVAC equipment that runs on your roof, there are other things you also need to watch out for: The debris buildup can also cause issues with cooling performance. Dirt and debris trap heat in your building and the air just above it, meaning your air conditioning unit has less cool air to pull from when operating. Professional commercial roof cleaning avoids this and lowers the roof's temperature in general.

Stay Code Compliant
Expecially if you have a restaurant, you're being held to high standards of cleanliness. Restaurant roof cleaning is important to remaining code-compliant in Town and Country, MO, on top of protecting your building, employees, and clients.

Put Your Best Foot Forward
Whatever industry you're in, your building's exterior needs to set the stage for your success. When potential customers visit, it's important to put your best foot forward, and commercial roof cleaning is essential in doing so. When you properly care for your roof, windows, and concrete, they will take care of you.

We don't want to disrupt your business – our goal is to minimize downtime so that you can keep things moving. Below is an outline of our typical roof washing process, and how we'll tailor it to you:

  1. Initial Consult: When you call, we'll ask you for some information regarding your roof, some logistical details for what will work for you, and send you a free estimate.
  2. Site Preparation: This varies widely depending on the project, but can involve cranes, ladders, and/or other roof access so that we can reach where we need to.
  3. Debris Removal: If there's a buildup of contaminants, such as piles of leaves, we'll knock that away before we use our washing equipment.
  4. Wash and Rinse: We'll go over washing techniques below, but regardless of the type of roof your building has, our team will give your roof a extensive, effective, and enduring clean.

When you work with commercial washing services, you are supporting both the structure itself and the people inside. And one cleaning should last you for a while: While seasonal cleaning is a must for most of your building, roofs normally only need to be cleaned annually or biannually (Town and Country, MO businesses generally need it twice a year, due to the humid weather).

Commercial building washing is an extension of roof cleaning. When you work with CleanPro for both, we can combine and schedule services in a way that works best for you.
