Why You Need Commercial Roof Cleaning in Town and Country, MO

Commercial roof cleaning protects your building, employees, and clients in Town and Country, MO. It's an important part of your complete building washing package and not something you'll want to neglect. When you stay on top of your roof washing, you're also taking steps in the following areas:

Guard Your Structure From Harm
Regularly scheduled commercial roof cleaning in Town and Country, MO, is an investment in your business's wellbeing. Professional washing helps you discover problems (perhaps we find a small section of rot that needs to be replaced) that you can address before it becomes a major problem (say, if the rot spreads and a section of the roof collapses). Debris on your roof can cause erosion through increased friction, create stagnant water pools, and turn into a fire hazard if left unchecked.

Care for Employee and Client Health
Your building roof can be an invisible factor on your health in Town and Country, MO. Dirty buildings attract disease-carrying pests and promote the growth of mold and other fungi. This is especially dangerous if you have rooftop HVAC units, which will intake the tainted air.

Increase Your HVAC's Energy Efficiency
Rooftop HVAC units are affected in more ways than one: The debris buildup can also cause issues with cooling performance. Dirt and debris trap heat in your building and the air just above it, meaning your air conditioning unit has less cool air to pull from when operating. Periodic commercial roof cleaning lets your air conditioning system work properly, without handicaps.

Maintain Code Compliance
Expecially if you have a restaurant, keeping a well-cleaned and properly washed environment is essential. Restaurant roof cleaning is important to remaining code-compliant in Town and Country, MO, on top of caring for your building, workers, and clients.

Put Your Best Foot Forward
In any type of business, the outside of your building plays a large role in the image you project. When people first visit your building, you want to project a professional, clean image, and commercial roof cleaning is a key part of that. When you take care of your roof, windows, and concrete, they will become a passive marketing tool.

When you work with us for your commercial roof washing project, we'll adjust our blueprint to make it fit in as easy as possible. We don't want to disrupt your business – our goal is to minimize downtime so that you can keep things moving. Below is an outline of our typical roof washing process, and some examples of how we can adjust it to suit your needs:

  1. First Call: When you first contact us, we'll gather some details regarding your roof, when you need the service, and provide you a free estimate.
  2. Site Preparation: We'll put together what we need to handle your job. This is different for every building, but most commercial roof cleaning projects involve a way for us to climb on top of your building, in one way or another.
  3. Debris Removal: If there's a buildup of contaminants, such as piles of leaves, we'll knock that away before we use our washing equipment.
  4. Wash and Rinse: You can read more about washing methods below, but whatever method your roof needs, your CleanPro washers will provide you with a full, effective, and long-lasting clean.

When you work with commercial washing services, you are investing in your company. And one cleaning should last you for a while: While seasonal cleaning is a must for most of your building, roofs usually only need to be washed once or twice a year (this usually means biannually in Town and Country, MO, because of the humid climate).

CleanPro offers custom cleaning plans for commercial building washing – we can build a plan that fits your needs and keeps your property clean.
