That commitment is backed by our 18-month mold-free warranty — if growth returns within 18 months of service, we’ll clean it again at no cost.
CleanPro History
CleanPro was built from the ground up, and that foundation still shapes how we work with commercial clients today. Our company began in 2012, when owner-operator Nick Giordano started a small cleaning business with a squeegee, a bucket, and a commitment to doing quality work the right way.
As demand grew, so did the scope of our services. Year after year, CleanPro expanded beyond basic cleaning into full-scale exterior, soft washing, and power washing services. With that growth came investment — in professional equipment, trained crews, safety systems, and the infrastructure needed to support larger, more complex commercial properties.
